    Hey :)

    Hey guys, I figured the first thing I should do is introduce myself!! My name is Ali, and my love J is moving 2,587miles away this weekend (So I guess I'm a little pre-emptive with joining). We met through work last summer and have officially been together for 7 months now. He hasn't even left yet (leaving Sunday) but it's already the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm a little bit of a mess, but hoping that everyone here can help me through it since we're all in the same boat! Feel free to message anytime! xo- A

      Welcome to LFAD! It's great that you were able to find LFAD before you started your LDR.

            Welcome to the forums.

            I won't lie, it's going to be super tough for the first week or so, just find your groove into a life of long distance and you'll start to get used to it, it is never as good as being with them but you can still be happy whilst LD

                Thanks guys! He's flying out in less than 48 hours so I'm pretty anxious, but I'm glad I found this site before he left, seems like it's a really supportive community!! Thanks for all the welcomes
