    Hello all!

    I'm always a lurker on forums so going to change that this time around My name is Desiree (Dez for short.) I'm 26, from California and my boyfriend lives in Melbourne, Australia. We met online 17 months ago and just met in person for the first time 2 weeks ago. The hardest thing I've ever done is watch him walk away to get on that plane and I know I need support from others if I'm going to make it through! I hope to make new friends here and can't wait to chat with you all

            I know what you mean about having to separate from your SO. I'm still getting over having to return home after my visit to see mine.
