Hello, I'm Shane, I'm always terrible at these introduction posts but figured I might as well post one before I go back to lurking 
I'm in my first relationship ever, which happens to be a long distance one, she is the most wonderful girl around, and happens to live in the province over from me.
A little bit about us,I met her online and we have been dating for nearly nine months, which when reflecting on it seems like it has both paradoxically been just yesterday and years ago at the same time! (9 months in a week from tomorrow!)
I'm hoping to spend lots of time with her this summer, maybe even sooner depending on what the new year has in store for me.
This site looks pretty amazing and it is refreshing to see that we aren't the only ones out there with a loved one that is a ways away.
Hopefully both of us will get some advice and some ideas on how to make our relationship even better!
