    Canadian Girl who loves an American Man!

    Hello everyone! I'm new to the site and wanted to introduce myself. As the title says, I'm a Canadian and have met the most incredible man who I love dearly. We have been communicating non-stop for 2 months and decided to officially be in a relationship on New Year's Eve. Ringing in the new year with Dave was the best one to date!
    We were both so happy to find this website and I'm really excited to be a part of this community.

              It seems we Ottawa girls have a thing for boys in the US!!

              First met online: June, 2010
              First met in person: August, 2011 (See the story of our first visit)
              Second visit: December, 2011 (Christmas and New Years together!)
              Third visit together: August, 2012
              Fourth visit: December 2012 (Christmas and New Years together!)
              Fifth visit: July 2013 (2 weeks here in Canada)
              Sixth visit: December 2013 (Christmas and New Years together again and I finally met his mother!)
              Next visit: Unknown... for now but coming up ASAP

                  Thanks everyone! When I found this website I was so happy to know that there was this community of people in the same situation as myself. After reading these kind welcome messages I feel even more grateful that I stumbled upon it.

                    February 2012 -- met online
                    August 2012 -- he said "I love you."
                    April 2013 -- met in person
                    June 2013 -- broke up
                    July 2013 -- back together
                    August 2013 -- 2nd visit
                    October 20, 2013 -- He proposed!
                    April 22, 2014 -- Married/closed the distance!
