Hello,I just found the forum today and I'm glad I did. I'm here in hopes to make friends with like minded people who know what's like to be in a LDR as much as I do,as well as share my experiences and thoughts. My name is Kat and for the time being I live 1400 miles from my SO. I live in MS & he lives in AZ. We plan on closing the distance June 17th. We've known each other for almost 4 years,been together (2nd time) since 8-1-12,met each other for the first time 9-21-12 & got engaged on the last visit we had on 1-17-13. It's not always easy and we've had our problems,but the good has always outweighed the bad. There's nothing I wouldn't do in this world for him,he's everything to me. Anyway,I'm glad to be here and any time anyone needs to talk or anything I'm here.

Thank you everyone. It's nice to meet all of you! It's kind of funny how we met,we're a couple of game nerds and so I guess naturally we met over mutual interest on WoW(World of Warcraft for those who don't know). Our wedding is set for Oct. 28th 2014. He's ex US Navy & was planning to go into US Air Force,but due to circumstances he's not able to go so now he's trying to get things together so he can go back to school. I'm a nanny for now and when I move out there I'll be looking for work & trying to go back to school myself.
