Hello everybody,

Last year I met a guy through some friends and the same gaming group we belonged to when GuildWars2 was released. We hit it off immiditaly. We even found this website months ago in a quest of what we could do "together" while so far away (except from playing GuildWars). Last tuesday I came back from an amazing 8 day trip with him through his country. It couldn't have gone any better! So now we are planning the next trip (him comming here). Although I don't want to label us "boyfriend/girlfriend" jet, this is the best thing that could have happend. He has a harder time taking is slow and steady (he's ready to shout of the rooftops how much he likes me I think). Where I'm not ready to anwser all the questions I'm going to get about the future/marriage/babies etc.

So after using this website, following on facebook, and the seriousness this thing I have going on, I decided to join the community and read more hope giving stories.

(Also, I know you're just new and all, but just wanted to mention we're planning a Dutch meetup for the summer! Thread is in the Ramble On section under member organized activities )

Ah Thanks for the heads up. I will surely think about it. But since my SO is comming here for the summer I'll have to ask if he wants to come as well I would love to hear others on how they are handeling this distance etc.
