    california & canada adventures... hello LFAD dolls! <3

    hi dolls! i've recently discovered this amazing website & have been obsessed ever since!
    i thought it was only proper to introduce myself & write my first post!
    this is the story of christine & donald...
    we met in person, not online, 11/30/12 at a Falling In Reverse concert in Las Vegas!
    i'm 19, and he's 26,
    i'm from california, he's from canada!
    i was the one that had the guts to go up and talk to him
    and so glad i did!
    since then, we've been communicating via skype & text...
    until he finally bought a plane ticket to visit me here in cali 6/21/13 - 6/24/13...
    i'll be visiting canada here shortly, 7/14/13 - 7/17/13...
    super excited!
    so many adventures...
    scary & exciting all at the same time!

      Welcome! My SO and I met in person as well (kind of). You have a connection with someone and then bam! You're separated. I was wondering where in Canada he is? I'm a fellow Canadian

      Met in person on Decemeber 29, 2010
      Long distance from Jan 2011-March 2013
      Lived an hour away from each other March 2013-June 2013
      Living together June 2013 -August 2013!
      Long distance from Sept 2013 - unknown

      Living happily in a monagmish relationship since December 29, 2010

          so true! i feel like most people on LFAD meet online, and we are the minority that met ours in person! i really love the way we met tho (: he's from vancouver, BC! i've only heard wonderful things about it, & am so excited to visit in the next couple days! i get my own personal tour guide hehe
