Hello Fellow LDR go-ers.
We just started our LDR 8/2/2013 after dating for 5 months. It's been a rough road already, but I'm really happy to have found this place where I can get alot of support from people who know what I'm going through. This is my first relationship (at 24 years, that's weird I know) and I have a lot of trouble being independent and getting on with my life without being jealous that he's going off and having fun with his friends, meeting new girls, etc. while I'm having alot more trouble adjusting. I know this is all normal for a LDR, but any advice on how to gain independence in this tough time, without hurting our relationship, would be extremely helpful. I know that this is just the beginning and the road ahead will probably be even more difficult, but he's worth it. Thanks for all your advice and comments in advance. I'm really excited to see what this site and the people using it are all about.
