Hi! I live in Canada and my SO currently lives in Florida. I have gone through LDR's before, but they were never strong enough to survive, until I met the love of my life! He and I have been dating for almost a year now, though we have known each other for many more years in a gaming community. We have met once! He visited me a couple months ago, and will be visiting again around Christmas! (I am a single mother of a toddler, which makes travel for me difficult.) I have been reading this site for months, and I finally decided to join so I could read the forum and interact with other people who understand why I have chosen to be in a long distance relationship, and who can give me advice should I need any one day!
