    Hello!

Hi everybody! My name's Hannah and my wonderful boyfriend is currently attending one of the 5 US Military Academies. We're both new to the whole idea of LDRs and we're just going to try our best to make it work for the next few years until we both graduate and can be together. Currently we can only write letters before he can have cell phone privileges, which will still be for another week or so. I joined Loving From A Distance to connect with other people in LDRs and get advice from those who have been in one longer than I have and know what it's really like.

Welcome to the community! You are going to love it here!

Yeah, my SO is currently going through Army basic training so I am also dealing with the limited communication. Wait until you get that first phone call! His voice is going to be so overwhelming since you have gone so long since hearing it. It's going to be amazing

Its hard growing up without a father, but its easy when you have a fantastic mother who plays both roles.
