I've already made quite a few posts on here, so I figured I should maybe come here and introduce myself.
Hi everyone, I'm Katie. I was a lurker for some time, I didn't really join the site or post for some time. I just came here for some insight on my own LDR. Finally I decided to post when a conflict occurred in my relationship.
A little about me and my LDR. I'm a student studying graphic design. I also work for a local university as a graphic design assistant, and as a lab assistant at the college I attend. My SO is a freelance illustrator and animator who does a lot of design for digital formats (like youtube layouts). I met my SO on okcupid after a breakup - I was simply looking for some online company since my studies and profession keep me glued to a computer. He and I talked on and off for months until we finally started doing Skype calls and we clicked. As of late our relationship has been really rocky and undefined, I don't know where it'll go. Not trying to be gloomy or depressing, just honest. If things end, okay, if they get better, whoo. I've been sticking around because I want to cheer many of you on in your relationships and it's nice to have a place to go where people will not judge you for your situation.
