I am a theatre director (or should I say: I am trying to be a theatre director...?) from Rome, Italy.
My SO is a musician (or should I say: I am trying to be a musician...?) from Wisconsin, USA.
I have lived in Wisconsin for a year as part of a foreign exchange program 10 years ago - been visiting my friends pretty much every year and yet I only met SO 6 months ago.
I am just back from a visit there - since I just graduated I took my time and spent 3 moths there with him. Needless to say, now it's even harder than it was during the months we've been apart before, when we'd only been dating for a month.
Oh well, I think this has been way too an introduction, uh?
