Hi everyone! I mostly joined just so I could read posts, because it's nice knowing I'm not completely alone, but I figured I should introduce myself first.

I actually met my SO playing a game online (Animal Crossing). We became really good friends and eventually started a relationship. 6 years later and we're still happy as can be. We talk on the phone, play video games together, and Skype frequently but we haven't actually met in person yet though we have plans to soon. We support each other through everything and he means so much to me, so whatever time we have to spend apart will be worth it when we can actually be together.

I can't wait to spend some time on this forum and talk with others in similar positions

I think it's really cool and inspiring for see how long you've known each other and been together, gives us all a bit of hope that distance really doesn't get in the way of true love :3
