    hi and welcome to LFAD!
There aren't really any tips or tricks to keeping any relationship fresh, long distance or not apart from trying new things and exploring who you are as a couple. learn as much as you can about each other, do quizzes and questions for couples to learn new things and find subjects to talk about. communication is absolutely key when you can only talk online so talk as much as you can, and most importantly have fun! :3

      Welcome to the forums!

Communication is so important in any relationship, especially in LDR. Getting to know each other is also great for keeping things fresh. I find LDRs a great way to connect with someone on a more emotional level, rather than just physical. Make time for each other to do things as well. This can include like a dinner skype date, playing a game together, or just taking a certain amount of time out of your days to talk. LDRs can be hard, but they are worth it. Stay strong <3

I met my SO at the weekend. it was the most perfect weekend I could have ever asked for. we kinda know where we are going with our relationship now ( we have only known eachother a month, and been together just over a week) and know what we both want from it. I miss him like mad though!

        thanks again ladies
