I'm Chase and recently began a long distance relationship with this awesome girl that I met through our love of writing. Our situation is sort of unique in that I'm living on my own and am (mostly) out as a queer person, while she's still dealing with college and family (who are all very Southern, so you can imagine how they'd react if they found out anything about her boyfriend), which means I-have-no-idea-when I meet them in person, I'd have to be pretty far into transitioning and have to pull it off and appear cishet. Or we're at the point where she can deal with her parents being unsupportive of what's going on. But that's farther down the road, we're taking things one day at a time and planning my first trip out to see her.
It's been a while since I've been in an old-school forum like this, but good to know that the UI hasn't changed lol. But yes, hello! Lovely to meet you all.
