I am a new member here, looking forward to hearing about other people's experience of LDR.
I am a 20 year old woman living in Switzerland, currently studying physics. My boyfriend (also a physics student) and I started dating last summer while I was on exchange in Canada, so we have already survived nearly a year of very long distance. He lives in Switzerland but in another city, 2.5 hours (and a stupid amount of money!) away from my home by train. Now that I have come back to my country, we can see each other a bit more but our demanding studies and our respective families keep us apart more than I'd like. It will definitely be a few more years before we close the distance, if we ever manage to get to that point...
