My name's Melissa, and I am so glad that I came across this website. I live in British Columbia, and Alex lives in Missouri. We've only been talking for just over 4 months as of right now, but it feels like we've known each other for decades. (And we're both still teens, haha.)
I first met and sort of knew Alex on an online game. The game closed, and for two years we didn't talk--loss of communication skills. Then randomly one day, he contacted me. When I finally came across his message, I was ecstatic. We began talking very shortly after that, and soon we fell in love.
Alex and I plan to meet next March, on his spring break. We are, however, having a lot of conflict with this, mainly money. But also parents have been a bit of a problem.
I am very happy to be part of this website--the reassurance from others that I am no longer alone in this situation with Alex, and ideas to help and maintain our relationship, and be the best that it possibly can be until we have the chance to be together =)
