Sooo I've been lurking for a little while, and figured it was about time to say hi, even though I feel awkward on intro threads in forums.
Ya'll can call me Lex, short for Alexia.
5 Random facts about me:
-I have a betta fish named Gir- after the adorable little robot from Invader Zim.
-I carry a sketchbook with me EVERYWHERE, lol.
-I sleep with a stuffed animal every night (it's from Eric :]).
-I will listen to literally almost any music. There are things like polka or gospel that will make me change the music right away, and I don't really care for top40 kind of music, but everything else is fair game and will even get me some "wtf??" looks occasionally.
-I still watch Disney movies and love them, despite Eric's jokes, lol.
I've been in a LDR since August 28th, 2010. I met my SO, Eric, in my hometown over summer break on OKcupid and we started dating July 2nd. I go to university almost 2 hours away. It really isn't far at all, especially compared to some people on the website who aren't even in the same country. Kudos and *hugs* for support to you, because I would have serious problems with that much distance.
Hopefully I'll get to know everybody on here better over time!
