    Greetings from NYC!

    Hi everyone!

    My name is Gloria and I found this forum because I was having some recent difficulties and general sadness about my LDR. Reading the stories here really helped give me hope and cheer me up, so thank you everyone who has shared their experiences!

    So here's my story short: my SO and I have been together for 2 years now, one year of that has been long distance, with me in NYC and him in Sydney, Australia. Things have been difficult, not due to fights or anything like that, but because he is part of a veterinary studies program that just began and will last 5 years...

    Anyway, I'll be trawling through the forums very soon!

                  I totally understand how hard it is to know it will be a while before you can close the distance, i hope we can be of some support, and welcome!

                  Distance doesn't matter when two hearts are loyal to each other.
