    Hey guys, I'm new here!

    Hi, my name is Alisha. I've been looking around the site for a while, and decided to finally become a member I just thought I'd stop by and say HEY! to the rest of the members. And if you'd like to talk, send me a message sometime!!

    Here is a little bit of my story:
    I am in a LDR with a boy named Nolan. He lives in Virginia, I live in Michigan. We actually met over Facebook (haven't yet in real life) and have been talking since last September (2009), but just recently became a couple. He had wanted to wait until we meet, but told me, and i quote, "a boy in love can change his mind". Which I thought was just soooo cute

    Welcome! What a nice guy; have you got any idea when you two will be able to meet?
    I live in The Netherlands, but a lot of my family lives in Michigan (there are many Dutch roots there, as you might know).

                We're not entirely sure about when we want to meet. I'm hoping within the next year? But we'll see what happens. He also wants our families to meet, which makes me sooo happy
                That's awesome that you have family here in Michigan. I really didn't know we a lot of Dutch roots living here. I've never thought about it. haha
