This is my second day on LFAD, and so far I'm really pleased to know there are so many functioning long distance relationships going on out there! This is my first long distance relationship, and I've been told by so many people that it's never going to work, they're too hard, most of them fail, etc. etc. so I am grateful there's a site like this to find some respite in!

Welcome to LFAD Personally, I never listen to people who say LDRs never work They can and do work, you should let anyone who tells you otherwise know that you know a website where there are thousands of couples who are LD on it, that should shut them up lol

Well, I was born in Sheboygan, but grew up in a really small town called Conover. I also lived in Madison for 3 years and now I live in Eau Claire! What part are you going to be visiting?
I have friends and family that live in Green Bay and very close to there My hometown (Sheboygan) is only a couple of hours from there. AND it's the home of the Packers, of course...but that's so cool, I think there's cooler places in Wisconsin, but Green Bay is definitely still nice. Hope you have a great time when you visit.
