Hi, just thought I'd introduce myself with my story. 
I guess I'll start with how D & I met. We have been friends for about three years, and I've always had a crush on him. Three years ago, I went for it, but he wasn't ready. We started getting closer about spring of this year, though, and our friendship has involved into a romantic relationship We've been together for two months, and I'm starting to feel sooo close to him.
Anyhow, D is going to New York for school in about two and a half weeks (we currently both live in Maryland). He's only going for 10 months, but he's not sure where he'll be living afterwards. We both definitely want to stay together and give it our best. I'm nervous about it, but I believe in what we have I love him, and I am not about to let him go easily!
