Hey (: We just joined LFAD and thought we'd introduce ourselves.
I'm Elina and my boyfriend is Sam. We're both 20, although I'm turning 21 in May ; ) I live in Finland and Sam lives in England. We met playing minigolf online on Oct 27th 2008. We got along great and started talking on msn, became good friends and eventually the friendship developed into something very special and amazing<3
We've seen each other 3 times in total, with the most recent being only this month, when we spent 3 amazing weeks together (was meant to be two - thank youuu Iceland<3) Can see pictures on either of our profiles if you want (:
We both study at the moment, but if all goes to plan, Sam will move here to Jyväskylä in Summer 2011 to study some more.
We thought it would be nice to join LFAD, because it's comforting in a way to see/talk to people who are in the same situation as we are.
Being in a long distance relationship can be real torture sometimes (most of the time, really) but we are determined to make this work, there's no way we can live without each other anymore. We'll show people who have doubts that long distance relationships can work ; )
