How to Spot a Character

I have been trying to educate myself of the dating culture in America since my SO was born and raised in the US And I came across a blog that discusses about "spotting a character."

I think this can be of use for all of us, as somewhat a "guideline" to spotting a character, maybe to avoid getting into the wrong relationship OR assessing our own relationships (which I did). It's not actually mandatory, I just want to share the blog which I think makes sense.
