You already know what you need to do. I'm sorry you feel so down about yourself, but use that as motivation to start changing to healthy habits! Also remember, that your SO loves you just the way you are. You're a beautiful, healthy woman. Knock off those couple pounds and you're going to feel great about yourself! Best of luck!

I know the feeling! I worked for almost a year to lose about 20 pounds. And I gained it all back in 6 months of living with Jay.
Now that the holidays are over and our house remodel is complete enough that I can count on using the kitchen to make food (we were eating out a lot) and the downstairs as a gym, I'm hopeful I will be able to do what I need to to start losing it again.
You are beautiful! Try to focus on the positive feelings you get from eating well and exercising rather than your size. I find that much more empowering and motivating.
