I think I an a serial Long Distance Dater.

Hey guys,
As most of you know, back in January, my LDR fiance and I split.
Well, one of my friends confessed his feelings for me a few weeks after, and we are now in a relationship.
I'm in West Virginia... He's in Washington.
I'm totally cool with this, but it does feel like I'm a serial LDR dater.

I'm not asking for advice or anything. Just a pointless update post

I think I am, too. I just find it so much easier to find someone who likes the things I like and get to know them on the internet, which could, potentially, lead to a CD relationship if by some crazy chance they lived near me, but most often does not. I am not so self-conscious and people do not judge me by appearances.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that in itself. I mean, if you happen to be clicking with people who don't live near you in the offline world, what can you do about it? If I found someone CD with most of the attributes I was looking for in a partner and with whom I felt a connection, I'd be with them; in my experience that's never been the case. Oh well! Me too! Before I met my fiance, I had been in a relationship with someone from england for about 6 months, and then before someone who lived in Maryland, 1200 miles away for a year and a half. I'm a serial dater but you know what, i found the man of my dreams because of this and I wouldnt have it any other way.
