My SO speaks very fast, and I find it hard to keep up with him sometimes. There are so many times when I have to ask him to repeat it once more because I just don't understand what he is saying.
He tries to slow down, but he sometimes forget.

Hah, I do that to my guy all the time, and I'm from the Philly area too. It's the way we talk (FAST) and our accent (awful ). We're known for it, but you'll catch up. Welcome to LFAD, I'm so happy to see another 40-something here, we're a rare breed around these parts.

haha, i don't know either! my google searched turned up: home-based business, hospital blood bank, and hexabromobenzene (what the heck is that?!), to name a few. my best guess (from the results i found) is probably "hip beyond belief" but, i honestly have no idea! i'm stumped too.

and coming from the same area as my SO too? great! I want to know as much as possible from that area because I am planning to live up there, as soon as we can close distance.
it might take some time though to get there permanently
