The only one who can decide whether you should stay with him or not is you. I think it is understandable that you want to meet him. My boyfriend did not want to become official until we met in person. What were the reasons that your plans always fell through? Sometimes things happen, and reasons like his godson being sick are understandable. I assume that you are beginning to question whether or not he is telling the truth. If his godson is that sick, then right now that will be his top priority. Also, only giving him a week to plan a trip from Germany (or even India) to Singapore or Indonesia does not sound like enough time. I think you need to have a talk with your boyfriend now. Tell him that meeting him is extremely important to you, and together you can arrange a time to meet that is good for both of you. If he doesn't go through on that plan, then you can decide what to do when that happens.
