Please Help.....
Hello members of Loving from a Distance. I haven't been on here for a while, but here is what's going on. Yesterday was mine and my girlfriends five-month anniversary. She didn't really even show any interest in it, I got one text from her all day saying "I love you & Happy Anniversary". She was talking about how she was depressed last night, and I don't know why. She wouldn't tell me, she just said "todays been a depressing day". Then this morning she texts me saying "I wish I never woke up". I was like, really? That's how you feel? I don't know what to do. She's been acting like this for a while now. I have no idea why, but it's scaring me.

Has she suffered from depression before? Or even if she hasn't she might be now.
Or then something has happened that she is upset/depressed about.
I hope she has the strenght and courage to confide in you as nothing is worse than not knowing what's going on.

leave her in peace for some time maybe like a day or two,but send her a text or mail saying you really care.i think she loves you too and it may be a real serious reason for her to get so upset.be near her,show her you love and care and hopefully she will tell everything to you eventually.pushing and pressing wont do good in this situation i believeComment

She probably just has trouble telling you how she feels, I am that way sometimes. Just try not to pester her about it, I am sure she will open up someday, just make her laugh and be there for her. Maybe do something sweet, like get a cute photo and tell her how much you care for her.Comment
