Making More Money

Hi.. I have a plan to give my SO a b'day surprise by visit him. His b'day is on December. He lives in USA and I live in Indonesia.

I want to know if any of you know some way to earn money by doing it online? Is it possible?
I have a main job here and also part time as a tattoo designer. But I still wish to earn some more money. Hehe
