Haha that's funny! Hopefully I don't do that.

I stared at him and we walked towards each other. He held his arms open to hug me and we hugged and I remember thinking how much more "3D" he looked and then we held hands to where he bought my ticket. All the while I was very giggly and excited and almost like a shrieking fan girl like Black_Halloween said.

We saw each other through revolving doors at the airport and we both started bouncing up and down! Then some stupid person in front of him made the doors stop and we were both like AAAAAAARGH, but after what felt like an age, he came out the other side, and I jumped into his arms (breaking his glasses in the process!) and we had a big kiss and a cuddle (and he grabbed my bum :P ). We then walked to the car hand in hand, stopping every few seconds for kisses and cuddles, took us ages to actually leave the car park!

She was waiting for me at baggage claim...I walked over to her with probably the biggest goofy grin ever. I was shaking so much. I dropped my laptop bag on the ground and hug her soooo tight. We were both a little shy at first and not knowing what to say. We were both just excited and happy! I remember it like it was yesterday. And I still grin like an idiot with a see her. hehe

Our was very calm. I saw him coming through the gate and I just melted. He smiled at me from across the way and when he came up to me we just stood there, hugged, cried, and kissed each other's heads, necks, and cheeks. It was very sweet. And then we held hands all the way back to the car.

When we first met, it was for our friend's wedding. He just introduced himself and I was awkward.

But when we first saw each other at the airport after becoming a couple, it was a whole different story. We had it all planned out, he would come in, kiss me and it would be so romantic. I spent 30 minutes waiting for him as close to the doors as I could get. Every person who came through made my heart jump and I couldn't take the anxiety. Finally he came through and our faces lit up. I grabbed him and hugged him but I couldn't get up the courage for a kiss. We awkwardly separated, I took his carry on and started walking toward the luggage area. He smiled and took my hand and I blushed like I was a little girl with my first crush. He finally did kiss me when we went to the car. Cutest moment ever, and so true to our awkwardness :P

I walked through pulling my cabing bag with me and he was standing there and when I saw him I walked straight to him. I think I was shy to look at him though. He hugged me quickly and kissed me on the cheek and am not sure what our first words were! He took my bag (my English gentleman). I was very quiet for the first 15 mins at least, so shy, and it was weird seeing him for real. I think I kept looking at him making sure he was real
I remember him saying something about being sure about recognising me/not having any troubles recognising me.

I was very nervous and we had talked it up big time. I walked through security at the airport and he was standing there waiting for me. I think we hugged honestly I was so nervous it is hard for me to remember. We held hands in the car and talked on the way to his house, He was nervous but he he made me feel very comfortable. After we got to his house I was much more comfortable and after a few hours my nerves subsided and things were great!

Our airport here is really small. It was midnight so I was quite tired, but really excited. I was sitting down and chatting on my phone when he came out. I didn't know how to act really. I stood up and waited until he got to me. I didn't talk much, he did the talking. He gave me a really good strong hug and inside I was just filled with butterflies. No kisses or nothing, even though we talked about it before and all but the moment just wasn't right. I helped him with his luggage and we got a cab home. We made up for it later though The night was just filled butterflies flying around in my stomach.. hahaha. Best night ever.

Since we started off in the same place, our story is a little different. I didn't care for him that much in the beginning. I judged him immediately and decided he was arrogant and silly. He even jokes about how I had "F" off plastered across my forehead when we first met. Then, I tried to encourage him to date my friend. He was persistent and patient, and finally won me over.

Now... if I can just get out of my own head and enjoy our journey, I will be onto something!

I can't wait to have an "airport" story when we see each other again. I'm sure I will react like some of the other posters...

I have forgotten my glasses at work and when I went to the airport to go pick him up, I just kind of went by what he told me he was going to be wearing (even though I'd seen him thru cam lol). So here comes a guy wearing an orange shirt and jeans just like my husband said he was going to wear. I'm about 75 feet away, waving at him only he doesn't respond. I stand there for a good couple of minutes, and wave again. Now other people that are waiting for their party are looking at me. Ugh, wasn't him lol Embarrassing!

So I went back to stand next to my car and just wait there, totally mortified. I finally saw him walk slowly my way and he approached closer and I knew it was him when I could see him up close and he had a big smile on his face and so did I. He bentdown and gave me a tight hug.

Come to think of it, this Saturday will be the second anniversary of us meeting!

I stood frozen for a moment, not quite knowing what to do first. Then he called out my name, we walked toward each other, held out our arms and just hugged each other. He kissed me on a cheek and we held hands. Our first kiss happened on an elevator, on our way up

He appeared at my right elbow all of a sudden, or so it seemed, after a good ten minutes of wandering around the station trying to find me. He said hey, I said hi and pocketed my phone, before stretching up to give him a very self-conscious one-armed hug. I asked how he was, he told me he was fine and asked how I was in return... I replied in kind, then after a pause I repeated my question without thinking. Heh Every kind of awkward that exists, I was all of them in those first few tentative minutes together offline! But then we started walking, and with every step a teeny tiny bit of my shyness melted away
