So I'm in college and the college put me in these apartments. I asked my first roommate to not smoke weed as he's a smoker and I'm very very allergic to the stuff. As in I get very sick and have horrible migraines when around the stuff. Well I went away for a weekend to come back to my apartment smelling like weed (strong enough you could smell it in the hallway of the apartment complex). So I notified both the college and the management of our apartments, as both have a "zero tolerance" policy for drug use. Then had him removed from the apartment as it's against the lease and could get us both evicted. However two weeks after, he showed up and still had a key. Claiming he forgot something, so I let him in, following him around and saw him out. Then went down to management and notified them he still had a key to my apartment. They said they would retrieve the key and told my grandmother I'd never see him again.
Well here we are almost a month later and he shows up again. Saying they told him to come back here until the next day when they move him into another apartment. So I let him in, and gathered anything worth any value belonging to me from outside my room. Then barricaded myself into my room, because I distrust him. However the reason I'm making this post is because he's smoking his weed in my apartment again and I can't leave my own bedroom in my apartment without becoming overwhelmingly sick at my stomach. I'm just needing some advice on what to say to the office when I go in to complain about their lack of judgement and incompetence on their no drugs policy. As far as I know, weed is still a crime here in this state punishable by up to 1 year in jail and a $1000 fine. I almost forgot to mention that I called the cops about his pot use and they just beat around the bush like it was no big deal. Which my grandmother expected they would do.
