Profile Picture .. WTF

Ok ..

Since ive been a member here which is about 2 months! no matter if i enter the URL or upload a picture from my laptop. No matter how small or big it always says

"upload of file failed"

Its really starting to tick me off!

Can anyone help?

Well it should be fine the ones ive tried, It uploads and i can see it on my screen i go to click save and it says upload of filed faild .. if its too big it tells me but the ones which are fine just wont upload :/
