There's nothing like a pending visit from your LDSO to get you motivated! One week in and already down 1.2 pounds! Seriously, any time I think about skipping the gym, I just imagine the look on his face when he sees my new and improved body and I push myself to go. T minus 3 weeks and counting! I'm SOOOOO excited!

My SO said he loved me with the extra weight, but when I showed up after losing the weight, he realized that the confidence I gained when I lost the weight was way more sexy!!

Wow that's great! I've been counting my calories lately - about to go to Hawaii with my SO and I know any healthy eating will go out the window with all that awesome food available on holidays
