I've been following this thread for a few days, I'm glad you decided to just cut it off with him. Good on you! Who knows what is going through his head and why he suddenly stop talking - and who cares! You have your own life to focus on and it seems things are looking up for you.

You can sign up there and get a free US number (you can even choose the area code you want). That US number can send texts to any US number for free. You can pretend to be someone else and see if he replies to your text. I've been following your thread for a few days now, and I suddenly thought of this possible solution now.

I use this app (desktop app and Android app) to text my SO in the US. Again, it's free, and he won't know that you're not using an app to text. He'll think you're texting from the US.

I hope this will be resolved soon and the truth will come out. If he really is hiding from you, then you don't deserve that prick.

If I were me, I would just leave it alone at this point. So what happens if he replies to a local text - it's just going to hurt even more without changing anything. Actually my SO was reading over my shoulder and thought it was a bit stalkerish, too. The guy is a jerk not to get back to her, even if it is to break up properly, and I think you should just let it go like you've been doing. Congrats on your job looking up!

I don't recommend that ayarus should do this. Quite frankly her ex's action has said enough: He is too much of a coward to break up with ayarus with words. She just needs to move on at this point.

As Ejoriah said, it's only going to make the process harder for ayarus.
