I'm packing this dress to dance in for my trip. I need help figuring what to do with my hair and makeup and shoes and jewelry. It'll be hot so I want to be as comfortable as I can.

Try a pair of white/ pale coloured ballet pumps, for your hair if it is long enough try a low side bun with twists like this

I say don't wear anything on your neck, the cleavage is nice as it is.
For jewlery I agree with BH white, chunky bracelet will work awesome, though I think simple red bracelet will work as well.
I also think you can't get wrong with delicate silver or gold jewlery. Just keep it simple, without any patterns.
I'd say any shoes should be good as long as they are one color and comfy for dancing. (I see, red, white, light brown)
