I need some advice please. I am headed down to New Mexico in 6 days and its going to be blistering hot down there. Now when I sweat my makeup always wears off and I look absolutely horrible. I use Mac Liquid Foundation makeup. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good alternative so I can look like I’m covered well but also not sweating it off every second? I was considering either buying tinted moisturizer or powder foundation. Any department store brands would be nice!

If you're comfortable with doing so, I would say for-go the foundation while you're there. I'm from an area that can get up to 115 in the summer and I usually just stick to eyes and lips during that time otherwise I completely feel like my face is melting and it allows for my skin to breath. When two hearts are meant for each other, no distance is too far,
no time is too long, and no other love can break them apart.

I would just avoid foundation if it's going to be hot. You could just use concealer on the areas that you want to cover up, maybe you play up your eyes instead with eyeshadow/mascara. I personally don't wear foundation when it's too hot - its pointless, and if i'm going to look a hot mess with my makeup smeared and splotchy, I'd rather go without.

I'm another ELF fan reporting for duty! Here in Texas heat I've had good results with a tinted moisturizer set with a thin layer of powder (I use ELF's "complexion perfection" powder). You could try powder foundation the tinted moisturizer still makes you feel like your face might be melting. The good thing about ELF is that it's really cheap - the tinted moisturizer I use was $3. Worth a try!So, here you are

I third (or fourth?) the ELF spray and a BB cream! Personally, a more heavy duty one that I like (that has sunscreen!) is Physician's Formula's super BB cream but I've heard good reviews about Garnier. Of course, if your skin isn't that bad then you can just use a tinted moisturizer or just concealer.

If you're using a liquid foundation, the key to making it stay is applying primer (maybe look into something mattifying), then your foundation, then setting it with a nice powder! If your face gets shiny, blotting papers are a small, useful item to carry with you. Waterproof eye makeup will also save you some trouble.

I wouldn't know an actual store where you could get it (since I haven't been in the UK in YEARS) but you could order online from their UK website - https://eyeslipsface.co.ukSo, here you are
