I know the feeling the OP is going through. The lack of communication is tough. It is even tougher when, the potential avenues' of communication clearly exist, but are not being utilized.

First Visit: September 2016
Second Visit: January 2017 (Her birthday)
Third Visit: June 2018 (medical conference near her home)
