When we first started dating, I was the one who was the night owl and Jared always fell asleep early. It worked out nicely because he would call me before he went to bed, I would talk to him for an hour, and then I would continue on with my school work until 3-4am at night. However, that was when I had to take a lot of design classes and I did not have time to sleep a lot.

Now the situation has flip-flopped. When I changed my concentration, I got to go back to my natural sleeping habit--which means sleeping a lot lol! Now I tend to fall asleep anywhere from 10-midnight, which would be fine but that is right when Jared gets off work. He will call me right when his shift is over and then again after an hour, but I am usually passed out by the second phone call so we don't get to talk as much as I would prefer.

Both of us are night owls, me more so then him. And I do get up fairly early (8-9 in the morning, earlier when I was working part time), but he is RIDICULOUS about getting up early. He's up by like 6:30. In the morning. I didn't even know 6:30 came twice a day! And he's super chipper and doesn't look sleepy at all! Mind boggling O_O. I think even if he didn't have to work, he would still just naturally wake up at 7-7:30. With our time difference (he's 14 hours ahead of me) once of us is typically getting up early in order to Skype. I volunteered to be the one up on Monday. If I can somehow minimize the time period from when I actually open my eyes to when I see his face... I might just survive it. :P
