What do you think about NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder)?

I think it's interesting, but do you think someone with NPD could truly be in love with someone who is not themselves?

I think it is great they have a name to it. NPD gives trouble having empathy/love for others, but also for onself. I am sure they can be in love, it is more a matter of if the person will feel cared for, especially since an NPD easily feels offended and angry.
