I did it. I flew over to Orlando and I am now with my loved one! We both fly back to New Zealand in two days. Distance officially closed. Definitely worth travelling across the world for. <3

If we play our cards right and all works out we'll be able to upgrade her working holiday to a 2 year working visa, and then once we've lived together for more than 12 months we can start applying for her to have permanent residency.

We are both ridiculously excited. It was like nothing changed when we met at the airport. No awkwardness, nothing. It was like we had always been close distance from the beginning.
