I finally got to Skype with him after a month of trying
It was on only 30 minutes (because he got called into work suddenly ugh), but it was worth it. We covered a lot of previous issues, like trying to plan for a visit. The only vacation time he has is for his brother's wedding in September and that doesn't work for me because I'm still in school. He is going to look into his schedule to if he has any days he is less busy during the summer, so it looks like I could still possibly stay with him for a while and that's some good news 
Also I finally found out what happened to my Valentine's Day present. It turns out he's a huge idiot and sent it to an address that doesn't exist. Yeah he wrote my street name wrong lol. When he told me that I just burst out laughing. This is something he would do lol. He has writing mistakes all the time. Whether he's writing police reports or IMing me, 7 times out of 10 there's a typo lol. It kinda finally hit me that I'm in love with a total doofus and I wouldn't have it any other way He said he was very sorry about this and he wants to send me something else to apologize for this. At this point I don't really care if he does or not, since every time he says he wants to get me something something bad happens, but it's just very sweet that he wants to do this for me. I'm just so happy right now, even though these are very little and simple things, they're good enough for me
Hopefully I'll get to talk with him tomorrow before he goes to work. I still have some homework that I need his help with lol.
