We met on a Firefly fan forum, serenitymovie.org. I was a moderator there for a couple of years and he was a regular, so I knew of him, and he knew of me, but we never interacted. Then he one day he read one of my blogs, replied, and we started talking. And we haven't stopped since. We both find it a bit odd that it took us so long to talk.

My SO and I are both Firefly fans. Well, he actually made me watch it and I never thought I'd like it.

Anyway, my SO and I met on a dating site called OKCupid. We both signed up just because of boredom. He hasn't even been there for a long time when we started talking. He talked to me first, so I guess it's his fault that we're here now. :P But we're still arguing about whose fault it was because I looked at his profile first. XD

My SO and I love our iPods. We both had an app called Tap Tap Revenge 3, which is a music rhythm game, on our iPods and one day we just happened to stroll into the same chatroom as each other From there, we started talking, and we haven't been quiet for 10 months exactly today! xD

It's a little virtual world where you could buy homes and decorate them,go to work and go to a night club and get drunk (the text went blurry when you drank lol) i met him in there and we got chatting. He made me laugh alot and continues to do so a little over 3 years later.

We made profiles on there because we both played guitar and he added me as a friend and I remember the first thing I thought was "Omg he's so hot" haha =) we talked on and off as friends for a year or so and last Spring we started talking more and more which led to us texting everyday and chatting on cam and we started falling for each other and decided to give it a shot and its been amazing ever since =) Thank you Ultimate-guitar!!

We met on mibbit.com, a site that hosts IRC chatrooms for people. We both were in a room for some Slenderman stuff. At first we didn't talk to each other, but after I dropped a link to "texts from last night" he messaged me and playfully thanked me for the link, as he'd gotten addicted to it. And things went from there.

I was interested in a guy who taught people on YouTube (tutorials), and then later I found out that he was also on the UPSB forum. I thought that he was too popular that I won't be able to chat to him, and never get the chance to reach him so I "stalked" him and tried to know more about him. It was only for a short of time then suddenly he started to ask me few question on shoutbox, and that's how our story started

I liked him almost all of that time, but I didn't know what to do about it since I'd never been in that situation. I never expected to fall in love with someone online, and I certainly wasn't looking.

It was like this for eight months from the time we first started talking on MSN before we admitted our feelings to one another. It's been over a year since.
