if anyone hasn't heard of it it's like a video chat room, people are live on their webcams and people can come into the room, just chat in the chat room section, or be on video as well.

my boyfriend came into my room and we hit it off from there!
i never expected to be the type that would ever meet someone online, i thought it was too risky, but i was completely wrong, and i now have the most amazing guy in the entire world, and i'm so happy i took that chance!

We met on IMVU. A 3D chat. I joined the site out of boredom. I'm not sure what made me take the risk with joining. I've seen a lot of bad situations that come from meeting people online, so I never thought I'd join something like that. But I was feeling daring, I guess. I joined and stumbled into a room my first day. I met lots of nice people in that particular room and kept coming back. Among them was my SO. He was really funny and kind. We talked as friends within that group for a couple months and then started chatting in a private chat, just the two of us. I had always had a crush on him but didn't persue it because I never thought it would go anywhere with him 5,000 miles away. He apparently was crazy about me too, and finally took the leap. 9 months later, and here we are.

I'm shy so I barely talk or ask for anything in the linkshell. He made the first move and ask me to party (fight) with him. We started chatting, exchange MySpace info, and as we got to know each other more, one thing lead to another and now we've been together for a little over a year and a half.
