I built an iPhone app for my LDR. Here is my story.

I’m from Toronto and I’ve been in San Francisco for the past few years working on my startup. I made a ton of friends and I met my girlfriend there. My co-founder and I had some visa issues and now we’ve been forced back to Toronto. It’s my first go at a LDR and it’s been hard. So naturally as an app developer, I built an iPhone app to feel closer to my girlfriend. It’s called Personal Messenger. It is a video messaging app built for long distance families and friends. You can have video conversations without having to set up a call. It matters so much to me and my girlfriend that we get to see and talk to each other throughout the day.
