I am in a relationship with an amazing guy named Bryan. We both still have to live with our parents due to financial issues and his family just moved 2 1/2 hours away which doesn't seem like much except for the fact we have no way to visit each other for months we got together 8/21/14 and he moved today 9/7/2015 and I miss him so much already. I am not sure when I will be able to see him again and It feels like he is further away then what he is. We can't skype for about a week since he has to get internet in his new place. What is some advise to help us get thru the distance.

Welcome to LFAD.
What is holding you back from being able to see each other? Do you not drive or not have access to a vehicle? To those who dream, nothing is ever far away.

What about public transportation?I made love to him only twice, she thought and looked at the man laying asleep beside her. And yet still it is as if we have been together forever, as if he has always known my life, my soul, my body, my light, my pain

Its to expensive for us to be able to afford. He is without a job temporarily since she had to quit his here since he was moving, I am currently searching for a part time job since I am a college student. I have bee applying. The thing with borrowing the car is my dad is very strict and he hates putting miles on the car he didn't even want to take me to his house when he lived just 12 miles away because of putting miles on the car so I know he will not let me put over 300 miles on his car to drive there and back plus they are elderly so they need the car for emergencies.

I was going to ask if there was any way you could take a train out to go see him, but if google maps is any indication, then it would appear not.
Once he gets his internet, it'll be a little easier. The best thing to do is to communicate effectively (be honest and open, etc.), schedule skype dates in between visits, and try not to dwell on the fact that you can't see each other as often as you want to. Stay positive. Things will get easier over time, and maybe use the distance as an incentive to save up for things like a car. You don't have to put a lot of money aside, especially if you can't afford it, but a couple dollars here and there eventually does add up.

You can upload a picture as your avatar in your profile settings.
If you want to add pics to a post, you must upload your images to an image website like imgur.com or postimage.org and then copy the direct link and paste into the field when you click on image on the forum post toolbar to the right of font, size etc.

You can't post those for awhile. Right now you can at least put a profile picture up and I believe you can make an album also.To those who dream, nothing is ever far away.

Your posting permissions are listed at the bottom of the page. I don't remember how long it was before I could post pictures in the threads. Try going to the gallery and see if you can post the pictures there. To those who dream, nothing is ever far away.

Getting back to your original question, are there really no buses running that would get you even close to his location? I live in an area of the U.S. that public transportation is very rarely used because we are so spread out. Definitely no city life! But if you're going from one big (in context to the others here...) city in our state to another there are always buses (like Greyhound) running. It's not an ideal situation but sometimes you can get those for fairly cheap!
