    question, Your first kiss?

    Hi everyone!

I am wondering when or how your first kiss was with your SO if you met online. Or how your first meeting/impression was. Im just curious i love reading cute happy stories
    ^---^

    To start ill tell you mine;
We had been talking for 5 months online and we got together unofficially. Then on the 10th of august last year we got together and a month later we scheduled our first visit! We both never had any relationship before. So i had NO idea how to kiss, hug with him. (I normally shy far far far away from boys) we had been talking about it so long and we were both longing but had no idea what to do. At some point he just asked me if i wanted to kiss and it was so akward that i started laughing after the kiss and couldnt stop... (right now its all okay ) so ye... mine was super akward but after 2 hours everything started to feel a bit more normal hahah.

Im looking forward to your stories!

This is my first relationship, so my SO was my first for everything. We met online in March of 2014, and met in person June of 2015. We originally talked about kissing at the airport when we first saw each other. But that didn't end up happening. His parents were right there and I was feeling way too shy for kissing! Haha. But we shared our first kiss that first night. We were hanging out in his room watching videos on YouTube, and I asked him, "So, are you ever going to kiss me?" And he laughed and then we kissed. It was pretty awkward, but by the second or third kiss it was really nice. But yeah.... Definitely awkward at first.

Our first meeting was great. I flew down to Arkansas, and spent a few days at his house. Then we went to from there with his family and stayed in Florida for a week. It was my first time seeing/swimming in the ocean, so it's great that I get to have memories of doing that with him. Spending time with him in person felt very natural. It was as if the distance had never existed and we had been together the whole time. There were no surprises. We both tell each other everything, but it was still a great relief to find that everything about him was just the way he said it was. Although I still find that I fall in love with him more each visit.

My story is a little different. I am 41 and J is 47 and we've both been married so it certainly isn't our first relationship. We didn't meet online - we met through mutual friends and had spent time together on a friend's basis a number of times over a few years when he was in town. He got out of a relationship last fall and when he visited at Christmas it was clear we were both feeling some attraction when we hung out. He ended up kissing me on my couch while we were hanging out after going to see Star Wars. It was pretty great, to say the least. We ended up kissing for hours and hours and then repeated that a few nights later. I went to visit him in February and we did more than kissing and it was also great. Nine more sleeps til I see him again!

I apparently intimidated my s/o when we first met in person. He came to pick me up at the train station, and apparently my "sassy walk" combined with my resting bitch face kinda gave off a really authoritative, intimidating impression. I'm actually a very shy person, which he discovered when we got back to his place and I was too bashful to kiss him right away. I got over it, though, and our first kiss was very sweet. I think I ended up spending most of that date talking his ear off about history.

Our first kiss together was certainly memorable, one of the most powerful things i've ever shared with anyone.

1am, it was raining, she answered the door and i held her face and kissed her without saying a word. We shouldn't have been together. We'd both been wanting it for a long time.

          Night of my life.

I met my SO online, our first kiss wasn't great lol!

When we met at the airport I was ridiculously nervous and I couldn't stop laughing because of the nerves! We gave each other a massive hug and had a kiss on the lips but it was more of a friendly one than a passionate one.

Later on that evening I went to the bar where he works to watch him play in his pool league. He won his match and everyone was high fiving him but I grabbed him planted one on him ha!

Then when we got back to his place we were both quite tipsy and that was when we had our first proper kiss, he threw me against the wall and it's was pretty passionate but our kissing styles were very different! He thought I didn't like him and was pulling away but that wasn't it at all, I had a problem with my jaw and it was uncomfortable for me. We soon got used to each other tho and once that happened we spent a lot of time laying in each other's arms and kissing which was really lovely. I can't wait to do that again.

Our first kiss was at the airport. He walked up to me and I don't think there was even a hello.....there was just a long, deep kiss. We'd been waiting a total of over 2 years for that moment, so being in the middle of a busy airport didn't bother either of us lol. Now when we see each other, it's a quick kiss and hug and then off to wherever we're headed that trip.

Embarrassingly my SO asked me before we met what I planned to do when we met and I did say kiss her, so there was some expectation I'd live up to it haha. On the actual date, which lasted a few hours, the kiss was one of the last things to happen. We were watching a film at hers and at some point during the film I turned to her and she turned to me and I leaned in and kissed her. Sounds like a classic teenager scenario (even though neither us were haha).

That sounds like an amazing first date if you did! (I think my SO suffered a similar fate)

Our first kiss had a weird start up. I had met him the first time four days earlier and he had asked for a date within 5 minutes of meeting me, then asked again every day. I was very ambivalent, but had reluctantly agreed to date him. We had white wine, by the sea. I sat there thinking... This is weird... I am very attracted to him.... He looks kind of like my ex.. He looks very Ararbic... His English isn't that good...What does he want from me... What am I doing, poly in Turkey is just insane... I don't know anything about long distance relationships... He sat there interviewing me about my job as a university teacher. He did the sexy teacher jokes. I thought he was very charming. I talked about my husband and how it was important to me that he knew I was not cheating. He asked me to sit closer. I did, and he felt very warm and soft. Then he started to stroke my hair like I was his favourite pet. His touch felt absolutely wonderful. After a while he just tilted me back and said, with a smile in his voice, How about a kiss? I was really sold to him from that moment on.

I aways joke that "It is in his kiss" To which he replies, "just like Turkish tea; hot, strong and sweet!" haha

I made love to him only twice, she thought and looked at the man laying asleep beside her. And yet still it is as if we have been together forever, as if he has always known my life, my soul, my body, my light, my pain

Our first kiss was maybe 5 days after we met? It was in the back of the car where we slept together during camping

Our first kiss was not at the airport. I think we were both too nervous. haha But it was later that day. I gave her a little gift. She loved it and said "I'm gonna kiss you now." and we did. It was a really sweet kiss. I remember like it was yesterday!

Ours was a few hours after meeting. We'd talked about kissing the minute we met but I think we were both a bit overwhelmed so we went out to dinner first. Then kissed on the couch back at the hotel......very quickly did much more than kissing too!

Our first kiss was very similar to Unicorn's experience - we kissed right away but we were both so nervous and overwhelmed that he was shaking and I was laughing so it was a hard pressing of lips rather than soft and passionate.

He had been given a really hard time by security - they took him aside and demanded to see pictures of me and our texts and came out to question me about him (I guess flying to another country for 2 days just to meet a girl looks pretty suspicious). Talking to the woman from security made me even more nervous, which made me laugh even more, and she must have thought we were both nuts. So when they finally let him go and he walked out, I made a joke about him being an international criminal mastermind, and we threw ourselves at each other and just sort of mushed our faces together while we laughed and trembled. Even though it's not exactly movie-scene romantic, it was beautiful to me because of how natural it felt. I was glad there wasn't much preamble to the kiss, because I didn't have time to over-think it like I ordinarily would. It just happened like it was the most normal thing in the world. And the rest of the first visit was more of that. I was nervous but not in an unpleasant way - like my body was just on a high. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing. I would randomly grab him and say "You're right here! You're right here!" and the whole sensation was a wacky mix of natural and bizarre. I couldn't believe he was here with me, but it felt like he belonged here with me.

We had been talking on a website, then texting, phoning, and video chatting for 2 months when we met for the first time.

We didn't meet online, so it was about a week after we started talking.
We were sitting on a viewing platform overlooking the savanna and chatting and watching the sunset. That sunset was gorgeous. I can still see it. That's when he kissed me for the first time

We met through kik, so basically online.
Our first kiss was not at the airport, I think that we were to overwhelmed to do that. We had talked so many times about what would we do the first time we met and agreed that we would probably be to nervous to kiss at the airport lol. I did tackle him and almost make him fell down to the floor and gave him a super bear hug. The kiss came later on that day once we were on our way back from the airport to my city. One hour drive. We were sitting down on the back seat and holding hands and just looking into each other eyes and just kissed, it was a very sweet slow kiss that needed to stop when my friend started to drive faster and we started to slide on the back seat lol XD
