Snowstorm......So happy!

My husband was flew in Fri night and was to leave this morning, as he does every weekwnd. He was going to fly back here this coming wed night so we can fly to Florida Thursday night for our cruise on Friday. Naturally, NY is getting a blizzard, so last night he contacted his boss to find out the status of his meetings on Tues/Wed, as we tried to scramble to change his flight from Wed to Thurs morning so he could get out and make it for the cruise. His boss canceled the meeting and told my husband to work remotely from home Tues and Wed because of the weather. So my husband told him he was here and was going to fly home this morning and would it be ok if he worked remotely from GA instead of flying back to NY and possibly getting stuck and not making the cruise. His amazing boss told him yes! So instead of just being together for this past weekend we will be together until Monday, March 27! For the first time in my life I am HAPPY about a blizzard!! His boss is amazing....And as much as I want my husband to be here, leaving this company is just not an option when you work for a company who is that good to you!

Well, now it's Monday night and as happy as I am for the last 17 days, I already miss him and am counting down the days until Friday. I know how blessed we are, but Monday through Thursday sucks!
