Specify 'not well'? You mean she's ill, like a flu or so?
In that case, I just let my lady sleep whenever she wants, even if it's after 5 minutes of chat, tell her to lay down, wish her well and hope she'll be sleeping good and feeling good soon. That is all I can do.Distance means nothing when someone means everything.
