I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence (just kidding). I'm guessing that starting a new thread was a way to get more reply. So, i'll give you my answer.

Basically, when i post picture online, i usually write a quote or lyrics of a song. Most of the time, its relevant to how i feel. Sometimes, it has nothing to do with how I feel. Sometimes, it just has to do with how much i love the song.

If your ex posted that online and you reconnected with him/her, then it might be an indication that they still think about you and would like to reconcile. If you want to get back with him/her, just ask them. Don't ask us. You want to know whether or not she wants you back it seems. You would not wonder it if you didnt want it too. So, just tell her your feelings. Who cares if she rejects you or not. You already lost her once so you have nothing to lose instead of overthinking for a week the meaning of a lyrics. Trust life and trust yourself. If she rejects you a second time, then at least you'll know that it wasn't meant to be. Sometimes people are so scared of the consequences of their actions that they never try and they lose their chance.

Honestly, she started posting such things after i wished her a happy women's day (we been talking since then like twice a week). But the thing is, whenever i initiate a conversation with her, most of the time shes texting is kind of cold (giving 1-2 word replies etc., barely asking me any questions). On the other hand, what really strange to me is that she asked me whether i have a girlfriend right now (i answered that i do not).

By the way, i was the one being dumped like 4 months ago and it was purely my fault for that.. Was acting insecure, needy, clingy, too jealous and also kissed another girl in a club.. so yeah.. but the thing is i know for fact that she left me while she was still in love with me. She just thought that i would not change.

I’ve seen this thread on another relationship advice forum but according to that other OP who posted the same exact message, his girlfriend is local.
